The supplier recommends that this fountain be set up on a concrete slab with the following criteria. This will ensure you get the longest life out of your fountain.
Setting up your fountain on an unsuitable surface may void the warranty on your fountain (1 year)
Concrete slab requirements:
- 10cm thick concrete slab with crushed rock underneath
- Needs to be completely flat, smooth and level
- No dips or raised edges
- Bottom of spirit level must sit flush with the slab over the entire surface
This item is usually kept in stock at both our Wantirna and Coburg store. While we try to have all water fountains on display at both stores, this is not always possible. We recommend calling us to check whether the water feature you’re interested in is currently set up. Please note some are display only, and are made to order. We can also deliver locally to the greater Melbourne area or we might be able to ship the item within Australia. Please contact us with your suburb and postcode for a quote. Please let us know if there are narrow spaces or stairs we have to bring them up. The pieces come in heavy crates.
We do not set these fountains up if you need someone to set it up for you or a slab quote, we can arrange a quote for you.
